Welcome to Caldes Enterprise Software

These instructions need to be followed once for when using Caldes Enterprise software on a new or upgraded computer for the first time.

Your internal IT administrator may have locked the 'Tools' section of your browser. If not, then please follow these instructions carefully. (Screenshots will vary by Browser version)


A. CACHE SETTINGS: SET TO "EVERY VISIT TO THE PAGE"
1. Make sure that the Menu Bar is showing in Internet Explorer (press Alt key if not) and then select 'Tools' >> 'Internet Options' 1
2. Under the 'General' tab click 'Settings'. Depending on your browser version this will either be under the heading 'Temporary Internet Files' or 'Browsing History' 2

OR

3. Ensure that 'Every visit to the page' is checked and that the amount of disk space used for Temporary Internet Files is around 50mb 3
4. Press OK to the screen above and then from the previous screen, click on the Delete button to the left of the Settings button and delete your Temporary Internet Files. 

B. TEXT SIZE
It is also a good idea to check your text size settings at the same time. This should be set to Medium otherwise some pages may not show correctly.
Close your browser and restart Caldes to continue.
